The House of St. Barnabas: Shaping the future of a new charity brand
The House of St Barnabas is a charity which retrains those affected by homelessness. They opened a members’ club in 2013 and came to us needing an engaging brand identity for both the charity and the club.
We created a visual brand story by delving into the history of the House and of the creative community that surrounds it in Soho, London.
We created a progressive and fresh logotype (for both the charity and the club) supported by hand-crafted imagery for the charity and a modern interpretation in contrast, for the club.
Membership numbers have far-exceeded expectation, global DJ superstar Gilles Peterson was overheard asking for one of our posters for his office wall and in 2013 we won a D&AD award for the charity branding.
